Yoga is a growing interest of mine. I love the idea of mind body wellness. Caring for yourself from the inside out. Yoga helps to connect you with the earth, your body and your mind. Yoga is not about how 'good' you are at doing different positions. It's about channeling an inner strength that helps to push yourself beyond your expectations and become more aware of your mind and body.
